    Vision Statement:
    To develop and maintain attractive, safe and  clean parks for well-behaved dogs and         
   their families with the purpose of off-leash exercise, training and play.

    Harley's Paws Park is a nonprofit organization created to design and operate
   dog-friendly environments, centrally located within, and in cooperation with the Town of
   Southampton, offering an alternative to our town streets, roadways and vacant lots.         
   Harley's Paws Parks will provide distinct separations between public domain and dog
   space, attracting dogs     and their families away from beaches, sidewalks, and
   neighbors' lawns.

   These facilities will fulfill a community need for improving, beautifying, and maintaining  
   transitional properties that lie between residential communities and commercial   
   properties in our villages and hamlets. All segments of the community can benefit from   
   improved land that is designated for park facilities.
