As Einstein once remarked, genius is ten percent inspiration and ninety percent
perspiration. HARLEY, a 9 month old Toy Poodle, is full of energy and is as ready
serve his community as he is to have fun playing with other dogs or people.

Harley is the newest member of the Arthur and Robin Team at Prudential
Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Westhampton Beach, serving as their Director of
Inspiration.  At a mere 6 pounds, he has the capacity to inspire greater effort and
manages to make everything that much more joyful.

Harley is on his way to becoming a certified Therapy Dog. His jubilant spirit and
eagerness to please makes him uplifting spirit for anyone in need – to go
whenever and wherever he’s wanted.

ARTHUR LECHNER is a fully licensed Real Estate professional, with over 15
years experience, specializing in the The Hamptons, Long Island, NY, specifically,
the Remsenburg, Westhampton, Westhampton Beach, Quogue, and East
Quogue communities with a full service network including New York City, Hampton
Bays, Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and South Florida. He is a
master negotiator and coordinator of every real estate sale's multi-step process.

Arthur has served as a Board member of the Center of Living Light, providing
guidance in business management and operations.

ROBIN LECHNER is the founder of Harley’s Paws Park. She puts in a minimum of  
70 hours a week at her ‘day job’ as an Associate Broker with Prudential Douglas
Elliman in Westhampton Beach, setting the standards for listing and marketing
properties, getting every client the best price in the shortest period of time.

Robin is also the founder of the Center of Living Light, Inc., a nonprofit
interdisciplinary institute based upon the practices and principles of Reiki.  Since
1993, the Center of Living Light has been serving New York City, Long Island and
New Jersey communities through Community Outreach Programs and Initiatives.
She recently stepped down as Executive Director, handing over the reigns to the
next generation. There are currently more than 75 Reiki Masters serving through
the Center of Living Light.
